Dr. Selcan Kara Was Born In 1978 In The Aşk Province Of Turkey. After Completing Her Primary And Secondary Education In Different Cities, She Graduated From The Aşk Anadolu High School, And Graduated In 2002 From Hacettepe University, Faculty Of Medicine, English Medicine Department. She Completed Her Specialization Education Between 2003-2010 In The Department Of Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation At Pamukkale University.

She Worked In The Neuro-Rehabilitation Department Of The Turkish Armed Forces Rehabilitation And Care Center In March, April, And May Of 2005. After Completing Her Mandatory State Service At The Denizli Government Hospital Between 2010-2012, She Worked As A Doctor In Various Centers Between 2012-2018.
